While you might well catch Jürgen Hofmann dancing away at weddings — strictly professionally, of course — he never loses sight of what's really important:
His love for his family and for good wine. "Luckily the wines I can make on my own," he says of the latter passion with a bit of a rakish smile. One of the keys to his success is his uncompromising dedication to quality, an approach he internalized during his studies and years of hands-on training in Germany and abroad. They are a constant in his work in the vineyards and the cellar of his own estate, underpinned by that most infectious of enthusiasm that one all too rarely encounters.
